01
Arriving
Aim to arrive a few minutes early. There is no receptionist, so take a seat in the foyer and Jackson will come to meet you. The bathroom is down the hallway to the left of the suite entrance. The key is on the drinks trolley.
-
02
Forms
Your intake form is in the booking confirmation email. Helpful to complete beforehand, but not required.
-
03
What to bring
Nothing in particular. Yourself is enough.
-
04
Confidentiality
What is discussed in session is confidential. I do not use AI tools or recording devices. What you say stays in the room. The only exception is a court subpoena.
-
05
The first session
There is no agenda. The first session is a conversation. What is present at the start is where we begin.
