The first session is a conversation, not an assessment.
We begin with what is happening in your life right now: what has brought you here, what you are hoping for, and what might feel different if things shifted.
There is no intake form to complete beforehand, and nothing you need to prepare. By the end of the session, we will both have a sense of whether this feels like the right place to continue.
You do not need a referral to book. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want from therapy. You only need to arrive.

Fees and format
Sessions are 50 minutes. In-person at Suite 10, 2098 Gold Coast Highway, Miami QLD 4220, or via telehealth Australia-wide. Medicare rebates apply with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. You can bring this at any stage. It is not required to begin.
The Australian Psychological Society recommends a fee of $318. The current fee reflects a considered balance between depth-oriented work and access.
